Fall 2003: Erin was 3-4 months old and Claire had just turned 2. I always loved this picture.
My baby girl turns 7 today. I remember her birth like it was yesterday. It was pretty easy going just like Erin. Here's a few things about my big girl that I want to write down (just in case things change): She loves to play, play, play which makes her so fun to have around the house. She never gets bored and will entertain herself with things like a balloon stuck on the end of her finger. I like to watch her outside when she's by herself because she usually has a stream of conversation going. She's truly incapable of picking up her room on her own because she gets distracted and just starts to play. She loves some foods that I wouldn't exactly call normal for a kid. We were at Olive Garden last week and all she wanted was a gigantic plate of broccoli. She eats baked beans about 2x a week. She adores egg rolls. She'll eat meat as long as she can dip it in Russian dressing or Diana Sauce. She is my most easy going kid, hands down. She'll give in to her brother or sister even when she's in the right. She'll share her candy without being asked. She's still okay with me picking out her outfits and because of that she has lots of clothes. Recently she's started using words like "certainly" in her vocabulary such as "Certainly I don't want to forget my socks for gym today!"

Awww! I love birthday posts. She sounds like a GREAT kid. Way to go Mom (and Dad!) :)
