We visited our Canadian relatives for Easter this year. We were blessed with beautiful weather to enjoy many outdoor activities: a campfire, bike riding, kite flying, garden planting, and of course an Easter egg hunt. I am going to let the pictures tell the story of our weekend...

There was a whole lot of jiggling going on when Leah ran!

More s'more eating...Erin has a bandaged elbow and wrist from a bike accident earlier that evening, she's filthy dirty, and there's marshmallow in her hair, but all is well at that moment.
Ben enjoyed a little tractor driving with daddy.
The kids had fun painting a fort.
Ben learned to ride his bike without training wheels. I love the look on his face!
Claire helped grandpa plant a spring garden.
Right before the Easter egg hunt. Some are more thrilled than others to have their picture taken.
And they're off!

Saturday evening after a short storm the most beautiful rainbow appeared. It was a full arc across the sky with another rainbow next to it. A perfect reminder on Easter Eve of our Savior's unfailing love.
Easter day: Again, no one is especially happy to have their picture taken.
Erin's headband from grandma fits her personality perfectly!
Claire spent time with grandma doing some crafts/baking. She made her own bbq sauce and neatly labled each jar.
