Jerry got off to a great start with the potty training, but the weekend ended with Ben doing a rather large job in his underwear.....gross! This morning, I put underwear on him as soon as he got up. At 5:30 pm he still had not urinated at ALL! I have no idea how he held it. Then at dinner he said that he had to go potty. I was 10 steps behind him and found him with his underwear down and a puddle of urine on the floor NEXT to the potty. At bedtime after putting a diaper on him, he told me that he wanted to stand up while I read him books.....suspicious. I glanced over at him and saw his face turning red from the strain so I raced with him to the potty, ripped off the diaper, and sat him on the toilet. Success! I was quite pleased with the day. Here's hoping the trend continues tomorrow!
