Disney

We're back from an amazing fun-filled week in DisneyWorld.  The kids had a blast and loved being able to spend the week with so many of their favorite people (grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle, and cousins).   Here are some highlights from the week:

That would be a walking tree lady at Animal Kingdom.  I wonder how long it takes her to get into costume.

The Lion King show at Animal Kingdom.  Amazing!  All the shows that we saw were so cool.

I have to have a picture of the Dumbo ride because this is Ben's favorite ride and probably the line that we waited in the longest out of every. single. ride. at. Disney.  That's Jerry up there waving with Ben, and Claire & Erin are right behind them.

The 4-D movies at Disney are some of my favorites.  Let's just say though, that the bug movie at Animal Kingdom terrified more than one of us.

That's Erin and Claire on Splash Mountain.  Erin has her hands in the air.  Every ride she went on the hands were up in the air.

Cinderella's step mother and step sisters are just about up to us (right side of trash can).  The parades at Disney are so awesome.  It's fun to have the characters come up and interact with the people watching.

This was another favorite ride of Ben's...the Toy Story/Buzz Lightyear ride.

We loved dining at Chef Mickey's and getting to meet Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Pluto and Goofy.  Erin had drawn a picture of Minnie to give to her.

Getting ready to go on The Tower of Terror, and everyone is looking...well, not terrified.   Honestly, I was getting nervous at this point.

At the Sci-Fi movie drive in at Hollywood Studios.  We got to eat our lunch in an old style car and watch movies.  How fun!

The whole group on Splash Mountain minus Jerry and Ben who decided to go on Dumbo again.

The weather we had couldn't have been better.  Each day it got a little bit warmer so finally on the last day we enjoyed some swim time at the pool.

Hanging with cousins was one of the best parts of the trip.  For Claire, shopping for more Disney pins was right up there too.  (note lanyard around her neck)

The generous couple who made it all possible.  Thanks mom and dad for an amazing trip!
