My 5 Year Old Birthday Boy

 Ben was a whopping 9lbs 4 oz.  Let's just say with the third child I wasn't as discerning with what I ate.

My youngest is 5 today.  How can it already be 5 years ago that he was born!  I know our lives would be a lot different now if Ben hadn't come along and surprised us and for that I am so thankful.  Ben is my homebody.  His favorite thing in the world is to play in his room with Jerry or me.  As long as I'm up there..I can even bring my cup of coffee and the newspaper, he's happy as a clam to have someone in his room to listen to him talk about his Legos and Power Rangers.  The stream of conversation is endless.  Ben also loves to organize.  He won't go to bed unless his room is picked up and everything is in it's place.  Unfortunately, this applies to his room only.  Ben loves to build with Legos and do activities that involve working with his hands like coloring, cutting, writing numbers, and building.  He prefers to be indoors rather than outdoors with the exception of basketball.  He loves playing with his sisters, particularly house where he takes on the role of Sparky the puppy.  He is my snuggler, my peanut butter sandwich lover, my obsessed with time, quantity, and anything numbers kiddo.  He is my baby and my sweet, sweet boy.   Happy birthday Benjamin!  You are a miracle, and I love you!
