Having fun with sparklers! I thought this picture was kind of cool.
Friday was the last day of 2nd grade for Claire and also the eve of her birthday party sleepover. She had been looking forward to this for weeks and had laid out 3 mattresses on the floor of her room in preparation several weeks ago. Late that afternoon her 3 best friends (Camryn, Sarah, and Hailey) arrived. That evening I took them to the movie UP. We did sparklers and had cake after coming back home. I was hoping the evening would be done by midnight, but it was after 1 before the girls quieted down. Fun memories for Claire and a great start to summer vacation!
