Snowy Saturday

This was about as elaborate as the floats got.

Dinner at the Melting Pot Saturday night....This is what we pulled out of the fondue pot at the end of the evening. No one claimed it, and we couldn't tell what it was.

The day started with me waking abruptly out of bed to someone yelling, "I need a waffle!" I was annoyed until I looked at the clock which read 8:55. Ben was downstairs by himself watching Tom and Jerry, and Jerry (my husband, not the mouse :)) had taken Claire and Erin out to breakfast. After Jer and the girls got back we took off for the Ada annual Santa parade. We survived the bitter cold, and the kids were able to overcome their frustration picking up Tootsie Rolls with mittens. Saturday afternoon we went back and forth to school for both the girl's basketball games. Saturday evening we headed over to The Melting Pot with friends to celebrate Kristin's birthday. A great way to end a fun day!
