Sick Kids

Sunday night when Jerry and I checked on Ben before going to bed we discovered that he had thrown up all over his crib. He was fast asleep and caked in throw-up. The next morning he threw up again, and now the rest is sort of a blur. The last couple of days I have done 8 loads of laundry, changed and washed the sheets three times, and scrubbed the carpet....and gotten the flu. It's Thursday, at least I think it is, and everyone except for Jerry has gotten this flu bug. It seems to strike in the middle of the night, and its latest victim was Claire. Ben is now pretty much back to normal. Erin is not sick anymore, although she is still pretty worn down so I am keeping her home from ballet today. Claire is over the vomiting part and now just wants to sit on the couch and watch t.v. which is fine with me. Being sick myself and then up in the middle of the night with sick kids has been very wearing. I'm still in my pajamas from Tuesday. Maybe I should go shower instead of blog....I think I'll go do that...
