Catching Up with Friends

My friend Maria, who lives in Georgia, was in town this past week so Brenda, Stephene, and Maria came over for a late breakfast. There were the four of us and 9 kids (my girls weren't even there) ranging in age from 17 months to 17! It was fun to catch up, see their growing children, and reminisce of some old crazy times. All of us agreed that we don't feel so far removed from those days, and realizing that we're 35 sometimes surprises even us. One thing's for sure, no matter how much time has passed since we've seen each other, when we sit down to chat it seems like yesterday. Old friends (meaning the kind that you've known for a long time) are awesome!
